Returns
You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to generate your return label and send back one or more items free of charge by mail.
Any returned item must be new, in its original packaging, and with its label attached.
Online
Once your return is received and processed by our logistics team, your refund will be effective within 2-7 days.
In Maje stores
To make a return in-store, visit the store of your choice (excluding corners, affiliates, and outlets) with the item you wish to return and your delivery slip. Your return will be immediately processed by our team. The list of eligible stores for returns is available on our website in the FAQ section.

Apple Pay
A fast and secure payment method for Apple device users (iPhone, Mac, Apple Watch, iPad).
Once the transaction is validated by our payment provider, the amount of your order will be automatically debited via your Apple Pay account.

Make your payment online directly through PayPal.
You can choose to pay in one go or in three installments without fees for amounts between CHF30 and CHF2,000.
The payment will be divided into three installments: a quarter at the time of purchase, followed by the remaining balance in three monthly payments.
