Environmental characteristics
The main fabric of this garment is made from at least 50% recycled cotton fibres and viscose, the transformation process of which is controlled. This process ensures respect for biodiversity during the production of wood pulp and better management of water and energy resources during its transformation into viscose yarn.
Details regarding the origin and manufacturing process of our products are accessible for a selected range of items, and by 2025, will be extended to 100% of our collections. This initiative, carried out in partnership with Fairly Made, a French start-up specializing in green technology, will provide further information on the environmental impacts of our products. This will be an essential tool for assessing and improving our sourcing on a global scale.

Delivery
Deliveries are guaranteed within these timeframes for any order placed before noon:
Standard home delivery: within 2-3 business days. FREE
Pick-up point: within 2-3 business days. FREE
Maje store: within 2-3 business days. FREE
Express home delivery: within 2-3 business day. €6
Home deliveries take place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return one or more items for free.
Any returned item must be new, in its original packaging, and with its label attached.
Online
Declare your return and download your prepaid label via our website Maje.com by going to your "My Account" area, in the "My Orders" section. If you don't have a customer account, you can declare your return and download your label in the "Track My Order" section.
Prepare your return package by including the items you wish to return and your delivery slip. Print and attach your prepaid shipping label to your package.
Ship your package.
Once your return is received and processed by our logistics team, your refund will be effective within 2-7 days.
In Maje stores
To make a return in-store, visit the store of your choice (excluding corners, affiliates, and outlets) with the item you wish to return and your delivery slip. Your return will be immediately processed by our team. The list of eligible stores for returns is available on our website in the FAQ section.
